You can delete the device-linked account data used by SportBloq from inside the app.
Antes de eliminarla
Subscriptions are purchased and managed in the SportBloq Android app through Google Play. Cancel any active Google Play subscription first so billing stops; deleting your data does not cancel Play billing.
Cómo solicitar la eliminación
In SportBloq, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm the two-step dialog. We will delete the RevenueCat customer and trial records for this device. If the app is unavailable, contact support.
Qué se elimina
- The RevenueCat customer record and trial record for this device.
- The server-side account and entitlement state associated with this device.
Qué no se ve afectado
- Your playlist credentials live only on your device; they were never on our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.
- An irreversible salted device marker may be retained solely to prevent the same device from claiming repeated free trials. It does not identify you and contains no personal information.
- Google Play and RevenueCat billing records may be retained as required for billing, legal, and accounting obligations.
