Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

SportBloq is an IPTV player for the playlists you bring. We collect as little as possible to run your trial, optional Google Play subscription, launch notifications, and support. This policy explains exactly what that is.

What we collect

  • Your email address: when you ask for a launch notification or choose to include one in a support request. Launch-notification email is used only to confirm your request and tell you when the selected app is available. SportBloq does not ask for an email address during the free trial or for Google Play purchases.
  • Your launch-notification preference: Google Play Store, App Store, or both, together with your website language, the time we received your request, and the version of the consent wording shown.
  • A device identifier: your Android device ID, used as the RevenueCat customer ID, to run the 7-day free trial, and to stop the same device claiming repeated free trials. It’s not linked to your email by SportBloq.
  • Subscription status: active, cancelled, or expired, and the billing period, received from Google Play through RevenueCat.

What we do not collect

  • Your playlist or what you watch. Your M3U URL and Xtream Codes credentials are stored encrypted on your device only. They are never sent to or stored on our servers, and we have no record of the channels, events, or streams you open.
  • No advertising trackers. This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and launch-notification interactions. We do not send your email address to Analytics.
  • No payment card details. Those go straight to Google Play and never reach the app or our servers.

Processors we use

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run SportBloq, and nothing is sold:

  • Google Play: processes Google Play subscriptions and retains the billing records required for its legal and accounting obligations.
  • RevenueCat: connects the app to Google Play, stores the device-linked customer and entitlement state, and sends subscription events to our proxy.
  • Resend: to send launch confirmations, launch notifications, and support replies. It does not send sign-in codes.
  • Vercel: hosts this website and provides its Web Analytics service.

How long we keep it

Active launch-notification records are removed within 90 days after all of the requested launch notices have been sent. If the launch-notification purpose is abandoned, we review and delete the remaining records within a year. Unsubscribing immediately removes the raw email address and preferences; we keep only a keyed, non-reversible suppression value and its timestamp so that an opted-out address is not contacted by mistake. We keep the Google Play and RevenueCat subscription records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and support. When you delete your account in the app, the RevenueCat customer and trial record are deleted; an irreversible, salted device marker and timestamp may be retained solely to prevent repeated free trials. It does not identify you.

Your choices

Every launch email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to withdraw your request or exercise your data rights. Manage a Google Play subscription in Google Play. To request deletion of account data, delete it in the app or see Delete account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the playlist credentials held on your device.

Children

SportBloq is not directed to children and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above and post the new version here.
